I started in communication and digital marketing, where I learned how to work with people, pressure and changing expectations.
Over time, I realised that what energised me most wasn’t execution or output - it was coordination, decision-making and responsibility. I was drawn to situations where things were unclear and someone needed to connect dots, align people and move work forward.
That’s what led me towards project management - roles that sit between people, structure and delivery.
I’m currently focusing on developing my skills in project management, digital product delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
I’m especially interested in learning from experienced PMs, working with designers and developers, and contributing to projects where thoughtful decision-making and impact matter more than speed alone.
